Christina New Territories

Monday, April 26th 3:00pm – 4:30pm

In the last 12 months everything has changed.

If you want to emerge from the pandemic relatively unscathed, you may need to target new clients, and they might not be local.
In this webinar international photographer mentor and ex photo rep Christina Force will talk about how to get work from clients in a new city, country or industry, even when you can’t travel.
She’ll talk about:
  1. Getting clarity and focus during this time
  2. Identifying the opportunities beyond your existing client base
  3. How to get noticed and be top of mind
  4. How to adapt your online presence

Christina knows what it’s like to be cut off from the rest of the world. Based in New Zealand she successfully launched her local photographers into global markets, including LA, Singapore, Hong Kong and China, and introduced her European and US photographers to Asia.

For the last 8 years she’s built an online consulting practice helping hundreds of photographers around the world identify their brand magic and build an effective strategy to get work from new reps and clients, wherever they are in the world.

Helping serious photographers get paid to shoot what they love.

British-born Christina Force pioneered the introduction of New Zealand’s talented photographers to the world. As founder of photo agency The Collective Force, the first of their kind in New Zealand – she secured countless large-scale global photographic assignments from around the world, in particular from South East Asia.

In the meantime, her production company OPTNZ built a reputation for world-class production standards amongst the top shooters and agents from London, Tokyo, New York and beyond.

After 15 years at the helm, she sold both companies and realized her next goal: Help photographers around the world rediscover their passion and promote work they love shooting to dream clients.

Still based in visually stunning New Zealand, Christina works with photographers and agents worldwide through her unique online mentoring programs.

She is the founder and chairperson of the NZ Agents and Producers Association, an AIPA member and speaker, a columnist for The Photographers Mail, and a guest speaker and lecturer at photography events and institutions, including Image Nation (NZ), CATC design School (Australia) and The New York Academy of Film (USA).

Having successfully launched many photographic careers in the Asian market, she is also co-chair of Creative Asia Plus, the first portfolio review event in Asia promoting connections between photographers from around the world and ad agency creatives in the region.

Christina’s mission is to help commercial photographers get paid to shoot what they love, and she specialises in sharing her 30 years of experience working with ad industry creatives around the globe.
